ABOUT THE GAME
Mason Greenwood’s strike in the first half was the only goal separating the two sides as their defence looked solid and alert all the time.
In second half, Rashford and Bruno came off the bench at 63rd and 68th minutes respectively and completely changed tone of the game.

Taking on his usual tactics of 4-2-3-1, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men scored 2 goals in quick succession, both by Rashford. United got a late penalty when Martial was fouled in the area and it looked as if it would be taken by Rashford to complete his hat-trick but he put his team forward and let Martial take the penalty to score his first goal of 2020-21 campaign and get some confidence. Luckily, the England International was still able to complete his hat-trick in the dying moments of the match when Martial passed the ball to him and he fired past the goalkeeper.

Ex-United defender Rio Ferdinand said on BT Sport: “Wow. Marcus Rashford comes off the bench, he’s been on the front of the papers for all the right reasons and tomorrow he’ll be on the back of them. Him and Bruno were like magic. He was head and shoulders above Leipzig and made some defenders look like schoolboys.”
Another Ex-Manchester United player, Paul Scholes also commented, “he’s is doing both now (on and off the pitch). That was electric when he came on.”
