US-BASED FULCRUM DIGITAL PLANS TO RECRUIT 500 INDIVIDUALS IN INDIA THIS YEAR

Fulcrum Digital, a small American IT firm, said on Tuesday that it will hire roughly 500 people in India by 2021. The IT firm, which is the most reliant on India in terms of human resources, plans to hire 750 digital technology professionals this year, with 65 percent or just under 500 of them based in India, according to a statement.

Fulcrum Digital has over 1000 people and serves over 100 worldwide customers from its offices in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and India. Our built-in agility, technical proficiency, and innovation culture enable us to provide business value to customers in the form of quicker digital acceleration, faster product launches, lower cost of ownership, and the ability to grow organizations across regions. As a forward-thinking firm, we are always adapting and improving our procedures to become the world’s top digital transformation authority.

The IT Firm said, “All the new hires will be experienced professionals in roles like program managers, technical architects, data engineers, and full-stack developers.”

The hiring plans are backed by the company’s continued growth of large-scale digital transformation programs with global customers, as well as its rapid expansion of new customers and geography, according to the company. The plans to hire 750 people represent a 100% increase over what it did in 2020. Rajesh Sinha, the business’s founder, and chairman, recently told PTI that the firm now employs 1,300 people and wants to increase that number to 1,800 by the end of the year.
