On Wednesday, leading transportation and logistics company J B Hunt and Alphabet’s Google announced a multi-year strategic alliance with Google to accelerate its digital transformation with Google’s cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
J B Hunt expertise in connecting shipments and efficient transportation network in North America and digitally expanding its 360-degree platform. Through this deal, J B Hunt will use Google Cloud to support its transport operations and provide predictive data analytics to shippers and carriers to “optimize solutions in real-time”.

Both engineers and business leaders of J B Hunt and Google believe that cloud capabilities will help in multi-cloud strategy to develop an operating model.
