Step 1
Open the Google Photos app on your IOS or Android device.
Step 2
Sign in from your Google account.
Step 3
At the bottom, tap on the Library > Create album > tap (+) to add photos from your gallery > tap on Add on the top right side.

Step 1
Open https://photos.google.com/ on your computer.
Step 2
Click on albums from the side menu then click on create album on the top right .
