How to Add Gmail Account in Outlook

If you want to add your Gmail account or any other account like Microsoft 365, Yahoo, or iCloud, then you need to follow a couple of methods to add your account in Outlook.

You have to follow these same steps if you are adding your first account or additional accounts to your outlook account.

How to add Gmail account in Outlook for PC

  1. Click on File from the top left side then click on Add Account.
  2. Enter your email address in the field provided then click on connect. (If you are using Microsoft 365 and Outlook 2016).Image Credit:  

Enter your name, email address, and Password then click on next (If you are using Outlook 2013 and 2010 version).

Then enter your password, then click Ok > Finish.

  1. Now you are ready to use your Gmail account in Outlook.

How to add Gmail account in Outlook in Android Phone

  1. Go to Google play store and install the Microsoft Outlook for Android then open it on your device.
  2. To add your Gmail account, open Menu > Settings> Add Account >Add Email Account.
  3. Microsoft Outlook may automatically detect your Gmail accounts. Tap on Google Connect Account then click on Ok and Allow to give Outlook access to your contacts.

  1. Download Microsoft Outlook from the IOS App store then opens it on your device.
  2. If you’re Outlook first time on your IOS device, then enter your email address then tap on Add Account.
  3. If you are already using Outlook on your device, open the Menu > enter the email address you want to add then tap on Add Account.
  4. Now enter your password then Tap on Sign in.
