We started subscribing to online streaming apps for watching series and movies- like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney plus, Discovery plus. During the lockdown, people started spending nearly 6.5 hours a day on online streaming platforms.
After unlock everyone started going on their work and got busy with their work schedule. Now, you may not have time to watch movies or series but still, the subscription fees is auto-debited from your bank accounts or credit-debits cards. Follow these easy steps to cancel your subscriptions and avoid paying subscription fees.
How to cancel Netflix Membership on Netflix App- Android or IOS
Step 1: Open the Netflix app on your android or IOS smartphone then click on more options.
Step 2: Click on Account. Then you will be directed to the Netflix web page
Step 3: Scroll down and click on the Cancel Membership option.
When you cancel your Netflix membership using any device, the membership will be canceled from all the devices.
How to cancel Discovery plus Subscription on Discovery plus App- Android or IOS
Android:
Step 1: Open the Play Store app on your android device.
Step 2: Go to the menu option.
Step 3: Tap on the Subscriptions in the menu.
Step 4: Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice to Google.
IOS:
Step 1: Open the Setting app on your IOS device. Tap on the Apple ID.
Step 2: Go to the Subscriptions then open the menu.
Step 3: Tap on the Discovery plus.
Step 4: Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.
Your Discovery Plus subscription is canceled, and now you will only enjoy the Discovery plus subscription till the next billing date.
How to cancel Amazon Prime Membership
Step 1: Sign-in to the Amazon website with username and password by clicking on Accounts & Lists.
Step 2: After sign-in, click on Account & Lists and select your prime membership option.
Step 3: Manage membership option will open, click on Update, cancel, and more.
Step 4: A dropdown menu will open, click on End Membership.
Step 5: Amazon will “ask are you sure you want to end the membership?” If you are sure to end the membership, click on End my membership.
