After 3 years, Micromax is coming back in Indian smartphone market with its own brand identity in the market and made in India products. Micromax launched IN series smartphones- IN Note 1 and 1b. Mr. Rahul Sharma, Micromax Co-founder launched both the smartphones virtually from the Micromax factory in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The Microsoft IN series is focused on providing the Indian consumers with performance rich and value for money smartphones.

Both smartphones will be available for sale on Flipkart and the official website of Micromax. The IN Note 1 will be available from Rs. 10,999 and IN 1b will be available from Rs. 6,999.

IN series is powered by MediaTek processors, IN Note 1 is powered by MediaTek G85 while IN 1b is powered by MediaTek G35. Both the smartphones have a complete stock Android OS with a clean and snappy experience with guaranteed updates for 2 years and come with a 5000 mAh battery.

Micromax new range of smartphone series may give a tough competition to Realme 7i, Oppo A31 (2020), Redmi Note 9, Oppo A15, Redmi 9, Poco M2, Infinix Hot 10, and Redmi Note 9.

Micromax IN Note 1 has a 6.67-inch punch-hole display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels with an aspect ratio of 20:9. It is powered by MediaTech Helio G85 processor a 2GHz octa-core processor. Note 1 comes with 4 GB RAM and runs on Android 10 and is powered by a 5000 mAh battery that supports fast charging.

It includes provides Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth v5.00, GPS, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G. Accelerometer, compass/ magnetometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, and fingerprint sensor are included in the phones.

The Micromax IN Note 1 packs a rear camera of 48-megapixel primary camera with autofocus, a second camera of 5 megapixels, and two cameras of 2 megapixels. The front selfie camera is 16 megapixels, with an f/2.0 aperture and a 1.0-micron pixel size.

Micromax IN 1b comes with a 6.52 touchscreen display with 720 x 1600 pixels of resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 processor an octa-core processor and comes with 2 GB RAM. IN Ib is powered by a 5000 mAh battery that supports fast charging.

The Micromax IN 1b provides a dual SIM (Nano-SIM), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, GPS, 4G (LTE network). Accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor are included in the Micromax 1N Ib. It is packed with 32 GB internal storage that is expandable via a microSD card of up to 128 GB (dedicated slot is provided).

The rear camera on Micromax IN 1b packs a primary camera of 13 megapixels with f/1.8 aperture and a second camera of 2 megapixels.
